Custom Stalls & Barn:
Each of our 12x12 custom stalls is equipped with a grid drainage system and a water faucet for your horse’s comfort. Every stall features its own window, ensuring good airflow and natural light. The entire barn is equipped with rubber brick flooring for safety and ease of cleaning.
Grooming & Wash Areas:
With 4 grooming bays (2 indoor, 2 outdoor) and 3 wash racks (1 indoor, 2 outdoor), you have plenty of space to care for your horse. Each wash rack features hot and cold water for your convenience.

We have two custom tack rooms for secure storage of your equipment, as well as a dedicated feed room to ensure all supplies are neatly organized.
Farrier & Vet Station:
Our fully equipped farrier and veterinary station features lighting, fans, water, and electric, making it easy for professionals to care for your horse onsite.
Arena & Turnout Facilities:
Our 200x120 all-weather arena with a high-quality drainage system ensures a smooth riding surface year-round. We also feature a full custom jump course, ideal for training and competitions.
Paddocks & Trails:
Horses enjoy the freedom of 3/4-acre individual paddocks for daily turnout, as well as access to many acres of trail riding areas for outdoor enjoyment.
Lounge & Amenities:
Take a break in our spacious lounge, which features a kitchenette, bathroom, TV, and comfortable seating. Plus, the lounge is fully stocked with snacks and drinks for your convenience.

A 6-horse Euro hot walker to keep your horses in optimal condition, even during inclement weather.
Indoor Solarium & Relaxation Area:
Our facility features a dedicated indoor solarium, designed to provide your horse with a relaxing space to recover after exercise. This heated area promotes muscle relaxation and enhances recovery, helping to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Whether it’s a post-ride cool down or a quiet retreat from the elements, the solarium offers a peaceful environment for your horse’s physical and mental health.
Additionally, we offer MagnaWave therapy, a cutting-edge, FDA-approved treatment that uses pulsating electromagnetic fields to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. MagnaWave is a great option for supporting recovery from injury, managing chronic conditions, and enhancing overall performance.
